Links: The Challenge of Golf — About this game
Links presents golf as a sequence of deliberate decisions about lie, distance and swing rather than a race to hit the ball as quickly as possible. Fairways, bunkers, water and greens change what constitutes a useful shot. Select a club, line up the target and use the swing interface to balance power with accuracy. A long drive is valuable only if it leaves a playable next stroke. Around the green, smaller adjustments and attention to the ball's position become more important than maximum force.
