This Sega CD Power Rangers game arranges footage from television episodes into an interactive viewing challenge. Directions and buttons appear during scenes, and the player must enter them at the right moment to keep health from falling. Successful timing produces points that contribute to the end-of-level assessment and can help restore health. Watching the image alone is not enough: the cue overlay is part of the action. It is a timed-input film game rather than the freely moving fighting game found on some other systems.
