How to Play Radical Rex
Quick start
Begin the first stage and practise jumping between nearby platforms. Face an enemy before using fire, then move forward after the route is clear. Check the shape of an unfamiliar drop before following it down.
Controls
Use the D-pad to move Rex and adjust his position. Use the jump control to clear obstacles and the attack control to breathe fire; use the movement inputs appropriate to the current terrain when swimming or climbing.
Radical Rex — About this game
Radical Rex follows a young dinosaur through a prehistoric world of forests, dangerous water and other outsized hazards. His movement and attacks have to work together: a well-placed jump avoids a threat, while fire can clear an enemy that blocks the route. The adventure changes pace as the terrain shifts from open ground to enclosed or submerged spaces. Reading the next platform and keeping room to respond are more reliable than racing into every new screen.
