How to Play Road Rash
Quick start
Begin with an available bike and the opening race. Build speed on a clear section, practise a controlled corner and leave space around traffic. Attack a rival only after you have a stable line beside the other bike.
Controls
Use the D-pad to steer and balance the motorcycle. Use the configured accelerator, brake and attack buttons for riding and combat. Combine an attack with your position beside a rival rather than swinging while approaching traffic.
Road Rash — About this game
Road Rash makes a road race physical. Other riders are obstacles to pass and opponents who can strike back, while ordinary traffic and the shape of the road keep every overtake dangerous. The Sega CD version retains sprite-based motorcycle racing and adds a filmed presentation and a rock soundtrack. Speed alone is not enough: holding a workable line, staying on the bike and choosing when to confront a rival determine whether a strong run survives to the finish.
