How to Play Slam City with Scottie Pippen
Quick start
Disc 3: Choose an opponent with left or right and press Start. Use the training option to learn the offensive and defensive responses before playing a full contest. Follow the disc prompt when selecting a player whose footage is on another disc. This disc contains the encounters with Mad Dog. Any disc can start the game; change discs when the selected opponent requires it.
Controls
On the opening screen, D-pad left/right chooses an opponent; Start begins and C opens Options. Choose Training to practise the game's context-dependent shooting and defensive action inputs. In Options, up/down selects an item and left/right changes a toggle.
Slam City with Scottie Pippen — About this game
Slam City presents street basketball from a first-person viewpoint with filmed opponents. Successful shots and defensive plays build respect, while being beaten by an opponent can reduce it. The aim is to prove yourself against the local players and earn a meeting with Scottie Pippen. The four discs divide the footage among Fingers, Juice, Mad Dog and Smash, so changing opponents can require a disc change even though it remains one basketball game. This edition uses both Sega CD and 32X.
