Desert Commander — About this game

Desert Commander gives you a mixed force of tanks, infantry, artillery, aircraft and support vehicles for turn-based battles across five desert scenarios. Each unit has its own movement allowance, ammunition and fuel, so a powerful attack can leave a force exposed or short of supplies. Roads improve ground mobility, while walls and oases offer more protection than open desert. Towns, airfields and supply trucks keep the offensive moving. You can alter the mix of unit types before a battle without increasing the scenario's total allowance. Win by destroying the opposing force or taking its headquarters, either against the computer or another player.
