How to Play Shaman King: Chou Senjiryakketsu 2

Quick start

Choose Scenario Mode and play as Sho on the road to the national tournament. The opening First chapter starts against Kevin using the supplied Masamune deck; follow the phase prompts rather than trying to build a deck immediately. A normal deck has 32 cards and two types of Shaman. Summon a Spirit, choose an opposing Shaman as the target and commit at least one Attack card. Early on, do not spend the whole hand merely to win one clash—watch the opposing Spirit's defense and keep cards for the next exchange. Battles are generally saved one by one, and Map Mode can be used to strengthen the collection if progress stalls.

Controls

D-Pad moves through menus, cards, targets and phase choices. A confirms, plays a card, locks a target and advances dialogue. B cancels or returns where the current phase permits it; some later attack-phase choices cannot be cancelled. Battles otherwise advance through on-screen commands. Reliable GBA-specific public material does not establish universal L/R, START or SELECT functions, so those buttons are not guessed.
