How to Play Shaman King: Chou Senjiryakketsu 3
Quick start
Open Scenario Mode first and accept one of the starter decks. Every starter includes Yoh and Amidamaru, and the documented choices are close enough in strength that restarting for a different roll is unnecessary. Play Anna's Card Training on Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced to learn summoning, shaman techniques, attack/defence and ending a turn before entering Episode 1. At each draw phase your hand refills to eight cards, so use playable cards to build the field instead of hoarding them. Hold B to fast-forward story dialogue. This English locale describes the Japanese release; it is not evidence of a separate translated ROM.
Controls
D-pad selects menus, cards, shamans, spirits and targets. A confirms, plays the selected card, advances a phase and continues text. B cancels or returns, and holding B speeds story dialogue. In the deck editor and card list, use the on-screen footer for L/R page or category changes. START opens the in-fight menu/confirmation screen. Legal targets and available cards are highlighted by the current phase; no unsupported shoulder shortcut is asserted beyond the displayed prompts.
