How to Play Shaman King: Legacy of the Spirits, Sprinting Wolf
Quick start
Choose New Game. After Yoh meets Morty and Ryu at the graveyard, investigate why Amidamaru will not leave so he can join the team. Recruit the Earthbound Spirit at the left of Graveyard 1, cross Graveyard 2, visit Yoh's home to unlock the save/heal point, then go to the museum for the first spirit battle and Mosuke's event. Battles offer Technique, Select Spirit, Item and Flee. Lead with a spirit you want to train and swap to Amidamaru or another stronger ally before the knockout so both receive experience. Sprinting Wolf has a different collectible-spirit roster from Soaring Hawk and can trade at save points.
Controls
D-pad moves Yoh and scrolls items, spirits and battle commands. A confirms, talks and collects. B runs, cancels or exits. START opens the main menu with Yoh's status, spirits and items. R opens the Spirit Album outside battle, while L/R flips Album views. Choose Technique, Select Spirit, Item or Flee with the D-pad and A during combat. SELECT has no normal field use; in Album detail it changes the picture/view. Save, heal and trade at save points.
