How to Play Shaun White Snowboarding
Quick start
Start an introductory run, practise slow turns and one ramp jump, then complete the event's race or trick target. Add spins only after you can land consistently.
Controls
Touch the lower-screen board to shift weight; flick upward to jump, draw circles to spin and slide to carve. Extra grabs follow the selected handedness and button prompts.

Guide a boarder through races and trick-score challenges, using the snowboard diagram on the lower screen to control weight. A forward touch increases speed but makes tight turning harder, while a lower touch gives more control. Choose a simple run first, practise a jump at one ramp and aim to land cleanly before adding more tricks. Rails, turns and obstacles ask you to balance speed with placement. The original DS includes local challenges for up to four; begin solo to learn the touch gestures and read whether the current event rewards finishing time or points.
