How to Play Shounen Ashibe: Nepal Daibouken no Maki
Quick start
During the demo, press START to display the title, press SELECT to select "Start" and start. In Chapter 1, to find Goma-chan, first talk to your friends and go to her house and school to gather information. Use the cross keys to select the command and opponent, then press A to confirm. If you get stuck, try talking to the same person again. After getting the diary, you can save by using "Nikkicho" from "Mochimono" with A, and you can continue playing by selecting "Continue".
Controls
Use the cross keys to select commands, targets, and destinations, and also use them to select quizzes and mini-games. A is for decision and text forwarding, and if you hold it down during a conversation, the text will flow faster. B: Cancel the selection. It's not a game where you select a location using ``Ido'', and you walk directly using the cross key. For the title, select "Start/Continue" with SELECT and decide with START. To continue playing from where you left off, you will need to have saved records in your diary.
Shounen Ashibe: Nepal Daibouken no Maki — About this game
"Shonen Ashibe: Nepal's Great Adventure" is an adventure for the Famicom that advances the story through conversation and investigation. When Goma-chan disappears before summer vacation, Ashibe begins searching for her by visiting friends and family in town. Eventually, a letter is found, which leads to an adventure to visit Sugao-kun in Nepal. It is also important to listen to the same person several times, using the words ``talk'', ``investigate'', ``take'', ``mochimono'', and ``ido'' depending on the situation. There are quizzes and mini-games along the way, and a maze in the second half. If you obtain a diary in Chapter 1, you can save your progress, but since there is only one record, be careful not to overwrite it with new adventures.
