Lead an empire from its first settlement through turn-based exploration, city production, diplomacy and war. Science, culture, wealth and conquest offer different paths, so your next building should support the plan rather than merely filling the menu. Begin with the tutorial, found a city, explore nearby land and check production before ending the turn. DS uses a compact map and touch commands; its streamlined economy does not require placing PC-style worker improvements. Keep a defensive force while learning how research changes available units and buildings.
