How to Play Skate or Die!
Quick start
Press START, then choose GO PRACTICE with the D-pad and A. Skate toward an event; try Downhill Race first. Choose REGULAR FOOT and confirm with A: Down accelerates and Up slows down. Use Up+A to jump and Down+A to duck. For competition, register through SIGN IN first.
Controls
Menus: D-pad and A. Downhill REGULAR: Down faster, Up slower, Left/Right steer; GOOFY reverses these directions. Up+A jumps, Down+A ducks. Jam: facing direction+A punches, opposite+A kicks. High Jump: A enters; direction plus repeated B builds speed, A launches and A at the apex adds height. Joust: Up reverses, Down advances, A strikes.
Skate or Die! — About this game
Skate or Die makes Rodney's skate shop the gateway to five very different challenges. Race downhill through obstacles, fight for space in the alleyway Jam, perform ramp tricks, chase height, or duel with a stick in an empty pool. Practice lets you learn each event before entering a competition, while Compete All strings the disciplines together. The events use different controls: a familiar jump command on the road does not replace the timing and pumping needed on a ramp.
