D-pad steers and selects. A confirms or performs the available jump/action; B cancels or uses the current secondary action. Check the event’s button explanation for tricks and START for the available menu.

A clean run makes it easier to see whether you need more speed or better tricks. Repeat one uncertain jump rather than changing every part of the run together.
