How to Play Solitaire
Quick start
Choose a card game and read its displayed rules. Identify the working columns, draw area and goal piles, then make a legal opening move. Recheck exposed cards before continuing the deal.
Controls
Use the on-screen controls to select a card and its destination, following the chosen layout’s instructions. Select the draw area when the rules allow it and use the menu to consult rules or begin another deal.
Solitaire — About this game
Solitaire brings card solitaire to the DS, where the challenge is to reorganise the deal according to the selected rules. Read the layout’s instructions before starting: the order allowed in the working columns and the goal piles determines which cards can move. Look for plays that uncover a hidden card or release a blocked column, and inspect the available moves before drawing again. A useful beginner habit is to plan the next move as well as the immediate one, so a tempting placement does not trap a card you still need.
