How to Play Space Invaders
Quick start
At the title screen, highlight Play with up/down and press START. Browse the three ships with left/right, compare their statistics and confirm with START or A. Move sideways while firing with A, use B for secondary fire and double-tap left or right for a quick escape. If the enemy shots are too fast, set Skill to EASY in Options before starting.
Controls
D-pad left/right moves the ship; double-tap a direction to dash. A fires the primary weapon and B fires the secondary weapon. START pauses or resumes. In menus, up/down selects an option and START confirms; on ship selection, left/right changes ships and START or A selects one.
Space Invaders — About this game
The ships trade movement speed, armor and the duration of weapon upgrades, so your choice shapes how you attack and survive. Destroy mother ships for pickups and make the most of temporary weapon effects. The primary gun attacks above, while the secondary weapon handles lateral threats. Options adjust difficulty and the number of continues. At the start of a new episode, a code records your lives, ship and episode; enter it to resume after the last completed episode.
