How to Play Spy Kids Challenger
Quick start
From the main menu choose Start, create a new player, enter a name, choose boy or girl, then select Normal or Expert difficulty. Normal begins with three lives; Expert begins with one. Carmen and Juni brief you before the first trial at the base of the Juggler. Climb as high as possible, release passengers from Juggler balls with Down, and keep scoring without losing all your lives. The three trials are deliberately endless: advance as far as you can through Juggler, DragonFlight and Magna Racer to earn points, promotions and a high-score rank.
Controls
Menus use Up/Down to highlight and A or Start to select. Juggler: Left/Right moves, Up pulls onto a ledge, Down releases passengers while standing on a Juggler ball, A jumps, B or L fires the Machete Elastic Wonder diagonally, Up+B or Up+L fires it at a ledge overhead, hold R for the Buddy Pack thrusters, and Start pauses; Select is unused. DragonFlight: D-Pad steers, hold A to jump from the water and fly briefly, B fires an unlimited Rocket Torpedo, R fires a Rebel Torpedo that can capture an ally, L fires a Boo Torpedo that scares creatures away, and Start pauses. Magna Racer: Left/Right steers, hold A for the shield, L strikes left, R strikes right, and Start pauses; B and Select are unused.
