How to Play Star Wars (JP)
Quick start
Press SELECT on the title screen, select NOVICE MISSION and start. Learn A jump and B attack on Tatooine, and collect crystals after defeating enemies. Select the force from the sub-screen that opens with START, and use it with A.
Controls
On the planet: Move with the cross button, use ladders and vines to move up and down. A to jump, B to attack. Open the sub screen with START, select abilities and allies with the cross button, and confirm with A. On the title screen, select a mission with SELECT and start with START.
Star Wars (JP) — About this game
In the 1987 Namco version of Star Wars, he controls Luke to rescue six friends and ultimately destroy the Death Star. The game is centered around side-scrolling action on planets, and interspersed with battles where the Falcon intercepts enemy planes while traveling from star to star. The crystals you collect by defeating enemies become the power of the Force, which can be used to strengthen your movement abilities and levitate. Advice from your friends can help you with your strategy, but there is also the risk of being defeated just by touching an enemy. Rather than simply copying the movie, it is a work that includes its own planet and battles with Vader's illusions.
