How to Play Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Quick start
Start the campaign and follow the opening training prompts. Learn movement and individual touch actions before chaining them. Try one short combination, watch its energy cost and let the situation guide whether to attack, parry or move.
Controls
Move with the Control Pad; left-handed controls use A/B/X/Y for directions. Tap the lower-screen action regions to jump, strike, throw the saber or use Force grip, push and lightning. Drag through neighbouring regions for learned combinations. Hold L while moving to sprint or while still to improve deflection; left-handed mode uses R.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed retells the secret apprentice’s journey in a DS action adventure. Move through missions with the Control Pad while the lower screen supplies six actions, including jumping, saber attacks and Force powers. Tapping one region performs a basic move; dragging through adjacent regions links more demanding combinations as they become available. This makes choosing a short, useful sequence part of fighting rather than simply pressing every icon. Watch Force energy because sprinting and advanced attacks both consume it. Begin by learning individual actions in the opening section, then combine them only after recognising which enemy or obstacle needs the result.
