How to Play Sukeban Deka III
Quick start
When you start with START, you will first explore the city. Press START to open the selection screen, use the up and down arrow buttons to select a person, and press A to confirm. Next, set items, ninja techniques, and weapons with up/down and A, and return with START. To gather information for the first time, prepare Yui's phone card and use it at a phone booth in town. Use B's weapon attack and A's jump against enemies, and when their HP is low, don't rush into them, and reevaluate their characters and equipment.
Controls
Cross button: Move up/down/left/right, select an item on the selection screen. A: Jump, press twice in succession for a spinning kick. Confirm on the selection screen. B: Attack with the selected weapon. Be careful as selecting an item on the selection screen and pressing it will discard it. A + B at the same time: Use the set ninja technique. SELECT: Use the set item. START: Start the game, display the selection/pause screen, and return to the game. Decide on people and equipment using the top and bottom of the selection screen and A.
Sukeban Deka III — About this game
"Sukeban Detective III" is an action RPG for the Famicom that uses Yui Kazama, Yuka, and Yuma to fight against the dark group "Shadow." Gather information in the city and advance to the Genma Forest and Jigokudani, searching for clues to break the curse placed on Sho. Combat takes place in real-time using weapon attacks and jumps, and as you defeat enemies and gain experience points, your level will increase, and your HP and NP for ninja techniques will also grow. The three sisters have different equipment and techniques, so the key to exploration is not just to defeat the enemy, but to choose the people and tools that suit the situation. Using ninpo will reduce your NP, so check it along with your physical strength as you proceed.
