How to Play Summon Night
Quick start
Begin a new story and follow the first character setup and battle lesson. Keep allies within supporting distance, check attack ranges and finish the opening mission before experimenting with optional Brave Clear conditions.
Controls
Use the Control Pad to move the cursor and choose a unit, destination or command; confirm or back out with the displayed menu controls. Inspect the target and range before an attack or summon, then choose the unit’s final direction when prompted.
Summon Night — About this game
Summon Night follows one of four ordinary students suddenly summoned to Lyndbaum, where new allies and a partner help them face an unfamiliar world. Story scenes and conversations alternate with tactical battles, where movement, attack range and summoning shape each turn. The DS edition adds battle suspension, Brave Clear objectives and communication with summoned creatures. Prepare equipment and abilities between fights, then check the mission conditions before committing a unit. Careful positioning and measured use of magic matter as much as character growth.
