How to Play Tak and the Power of Juju

Quick start

Press Start at the title screen and begin a new game. Jungle 1-1 is the opening tutorial: move right, use the blowgun to shoot the beehives so the bees chase away nearby Nerbils, then jump to vines and hold Up to climb toward the exit. The blowgun only stuns enemies, so use the environment instead of trying to defeat everything. Collect 50 red Yorbels for an extra life, and look for the shining special golden feather that raises maximum health.

Controls

D-Pad Left/Right moves Tak; Down crouches or crawls; Up climbs walls, vines and ropes. A jumps, or flaps while transformed into a chicken. B uses the equipped weapon and picks up or throws bombs. Hold R with the blowgun to aim; hold R with the Spirit Rattle to charge Juju power. L switches weapons. Start pauses. In menus, use the D-Pad to choose an item and A to confirm.
