How to Play Tak: The Great Juju Challenge
Quick start
Press START on the title screen, select an Empty Slot with the Control Pad and A, then choose Easy, Medium or Hard. On the World Map, move to the first level and press A. Your first broader goal is to clear all three levels in the world, defeat its Juju Boss, then win the Great Race to unlock the next world. Press R whenever Tak's magic or Lok's strength better suits an obstacle; L separates or reunites the pair, which lets Tak reveal hidden platforms and Lok use his rock-like weight.
Controls
Control Pad moves Tak or Lok and navigates the World Map. A jumps and selects levels or menu choices; B attacks and throws a carried object. R switches the lead character. L separates or links Tak and Lok. Tap Forward twice on the ground to dash, Down twice in the air to smash through weak floors, or Forward twice in the air to super-jump; hold Down to slide on slopes. START opens the pause menu. Main menus use the Control Pad, A to confirm and B to go back.
