Crosswords ask you to match clues and crossing letters, codebreakers ask you to uncover letter substitutions, and Sudoku needs consistent rows, columns and boxes. Difficulty settings let you choose a starting level, while progress brings awards and hidden activities. Begin in Freestyle with a familiar puzzle, practise entering and correcting one answer, then try the main progression. Read the help for each puzzle type before carrying a rule from one grid into another.
