How to Play Tetris Party Deluxe
Quick start
Open Tutorial from the main menu to learn the basics, then choose Single Player and Marathon. Move and rotate each piece to fill rows without gaps. Practise soft drops before using hard drop, and try L or R to hold a piece. Beginner’s Tetris offers another starting option.
Controls
D-pad left/right moves the piece, down soft drops and up hard drops. A rotates clockwise and B counterclockwise; L or R uses Hold. Y uses an item where available. START pauses. In menus, the D-pad highlights, A confirms, B cancels and X shows detailed descriptions.
Tetris Party Deluxe — About this game
Tetris Party Deluxe combines familiar falling-block play with solo challenges that change what you build. Marathon rewards keeping the stack under control, while other modes include making footholds for a climber and filling a displayed silhouette. Each piece is a chance to prepare a clean row or leave a troublesome gap. Use Hold to save a piece for later, choose its orientation before dropping it and keep the landing area open. The main menu includes a Tutorial and a separate Beginner’s Tetris option, so you can learn the controls before moving to faster challenges. Personal records give you a reason to return and improve your own play.
