How to Play The King of Fighters EX: NeoBlood
Quick start
Press START and choose Practice first if the four-button layout is unfamiliar. Then select Team Play for the story route, choose three fighters and a Striker, and begin the opening match. Win by emptying every opposing fighter’s life gauge before time expires; defend before counterattacking, build the Power Gauge with hits, and save Super Special Moves or the Striker for a clear opening rather than spending them immediately.
Controls
Use the Control Pad to move, jump, crouch and guard. In four-button mode, A is weak kick, B weak punch, L strong punch and R strong kick. Press L+R for a blow-away attack, A+B for a forward or backward roll with a direction, or A+B just before knockdown for a protective tumble. A+L calls the Striker. START pauses and SELECT performs the assigned teaser move; special moves use each fighter’s listed direction sequences.
