How to Play The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

Quick start

Select one of the three files, enter a name for your link, and get started. Take Zelda to the Picoli Festival in Heil Town, collect a small shield, and deliver the Sword of the Smith to Heil Castle. After Vaati's attack, follow the marked route towards the Minish Wood. Check out Ezlo's SELECT advice if you're not sure what you want to do next.

Controls

The D-pad moves the eight directional links and presses the objective. Equip items to A and B from the START subscreen and use the buttons in the field. R performs the actions shown on the screen, such as talk, open, roll, grab, or shrink with a portal. L attempts a Kinstone Fusion next to a compatible thought bubble. SELECT asks Ezlo for advice. START opens item, map, quest status and saves screen.
