How to Play The Mummy

Quick start

Press START at the title screen and begin a new adventure. The O'Connell family opens at an archaeological dig near Cairo: explore each room, fight the first scorpions and mummies, and use B at doors, chests, levers, and other scenery. Tap R to switch among Rick, Evy, and Alex whenever an obstacle calls for a different skill. Early on, learn which relics, keys, and Book of the Dead pages open the next route instead of trying to force every obstacle with one character.

Controls

Control Pad: move. A: attack. B: block or perform a contextual action. L: use the active character's special move—Alex casts spells, Rick throws dynamite, and Evy throws sticks. R: switch character; hold R to display status. START: pause. SELECT: open the inventory. In menus, use the Control Pad to highlight an option, A to accept, and B to go back.
