How to Play Theresia
Quick start
Start New Game with Dear Emile. Advance the opening text, select the pendant and use it on the Body icon for the first hint. Use the Eye on the desk ahead to read the paper, then find the map inside the desk. Examine the door at the left with the Eye and try the Hand to learn it is locked. Return to the wider view and save before testing further mechanisms.
Controls
DS: D-pad moves in corridors and selects or positions objects in rooms. X activates the Eye, Y the Hand and A confirms an action. B cancels or opens the room-exit choices. L/R scroll the view when those directions are available. Touch icons and drag items to inspect, use or combine them; placing a usable item on the Body icon applies it to yourself. START opens save/load options.
Theresia — About this game
Theresia combines corridor exploration with close inspection of rooms filled with mechanisms, notes and traps. The Eye reveals details, the Hand manipulates objects and the inventory lets you use or combine what you find. A careless action can reduce life, making observation and regular saves part of the puzzle-solving routine. Dear Emile follows a girl seeking her memories and a way out of a grim facility. Completing it unlocks Dear Martel, a second story with different locations that adds another perspective to the mystery. Both use the same inspection system, but their routes and clues belong to separate journeys.
