Press START at the title screen and choose the Championship route for the structured career. Select a territory, review the available team offers and pick a team; a new driver is first sent to a one-lap test drive and must beat the displayed target time to earn the seat. Once accepted, begin the British championship and race for position and points. Brake before the turn-in point rather than while cornering: the GBA handling model shows understeer and oversteer, and dropping a wheel onto the grass costs far more time than entering a bend slightly slower. Single Race and Time Trial are useful for learning the eleven circuits and comparing the eighteen cars before committing to a championship.

Menus: use the D-Pad to move the highlight, A to confirm and B to go back; START advances from the title screen. Race: D-Pad Left/Right steers, A accelerates, B brakes and engages reverse once stopped, and START pauses. The consulted GBA sources do not document dependable functions for SELECT, L or R, so no shoulder-button action is claimed here.
