How to Play Tom and Jerry
Quick start
Press START at the title and choose a one-player game on the options screen. In the opening stage, try a normal jump and collect nearby items. Hold SELECT with a direction to inspect the route ahead. Pick up marbles before confronting Tom and note the password when you complete a world checkpoint.
Controls
The D-pad moves Jerry, A jumps and held B runs faster. A+B makes an extra-long jump. After collecting marbles, tap and release B quickly to fire. Hold SELECT and use the D-pad to scan beyond the visible screen. START pauses and resumes. Watch the timer and Jerry's face for danger.
Tom and Jerry — About this game
Jerry suspects Tom when Tuffy fails to arrive, and the search leads through ten stages in four worlds. A timer keeps the pace moving, but rushing past a chair or box can leave Jerry open to an ambush. Cheese contributes to the score, clocks extend the remaining time and other pickups help him survive. Look beyond the screen with the scanning feature, save the passwords earned at world checkpoints and use a speed-assisted long jump when a gap demands it.
