Quick start
Choose Hollywood Free Skate for practice, then approach a green-arrow character in Story mode and press A for a mission.
Controls
Control Pad steers; hold/release B to ollie. In air, direction+A grabs and direction+Y flips; X+direction grinds near a rail. Up then down starts a manual; touch Special slots when the meter is full.

Link street-skating tricks into a line, then land cleanly to keep the score. Begin in Hollywood Free Skate to practise an ollie, one flip and a short grind without a timer. Story missions come from characters marked with green arrows; skate beside one and speak to start a task. Classic mode instead gives two minutes and a list of goals, including letters, scores and a secret tape. Manuals bridge gaps between tricks but need balance, while a filled Special meter enables touch shortcuts to assigned special moves. If you bail, the Freak Out touch meters offer a chance to recover some lost combo points. Build a reliable short sequence before adding another risky trick.
