How to Play Nintendo Touch Golf: Birdie Challenge
Quick start
Choose Single Player → Free Round, select a course and practise aim, club choice and a gentle first swing.
Controls
Drag the aiming cross and choose a club on the touch screen. Tap Swing, pull the club head back to set power and slide it into the ball; adjust contact using the displayed ball controls when needed.
Nintendo Touch Golf: Birdie Challenge — About this game
Shape a golf shot with the stylus instead of a timing meter. Choose a club and landing direction, account for wind and lie, then open Swing and slide the club head into the ball. A longer motion produces more power, while contact and angle influence the shot’s path. Start with a Free Round to compare short and long swings on a familiar hole. Stroke Play counts total shots; Match Play compares holes won, so a risky recovery can have different value. On the green, reduce the swing and read the remaining distance before putting.
