How to Play Ugadayka
Quick start
Press START, select a mode and start the first task. Use the D-pad to move the frame between options, the A button to confirm the answer, and the B button to cancel the selection or go back. Look at all the pictures first and only then answer. If the game shows the correct option after an error, remember its principle: the following tasks often use a similar method of comparison.
Controls
D-pad: Move the cursor and select an answer. A: Confirm option, move to next screen. B: Cancel selection or go back. START: start the game, pause and continue. SELECT: Toggle mode or additional hint if available. Button assignments are educated guesses based on the NES interface.
Ugadayka — About this game
Ugadayka is a little-known NES puzzle game whose name means "Guess It." The player receives a picture, symbol, or short visual cue and must choose one of the options provided. The correct answer opens the next task and increases the result, and an error takes away the attempt or offers to repeat the choice. The main task is to carefully compare the form, order and meaning of the images, take your time with confirmation and go through as many questions as possible. Due to the lack of surviving instructions, the button layout was restored according to the usual interface of similar cartridges.
