From the Main Menu choose Single Player, open Solitaire, and highlight Klondike. The selection screen lets you inspect Preview, Description, and Statistics before pressing A to choose the game and configure its setup. In your first deal, expose Aces and start the four suit foundations, building each one from Ace through King while moving face-up cards and revealing covered tableau cards. If the rules or scoring are unfamiliar, press START during play, move to Options, and open How to Play, Rules, or Scoring; Preferences > Demo mode can show the game in action. Use Game > Save when you want to preserve a longer session.

The Control Pad moves the highlight between menus, cards, and available choices. A selects or confirms the highlighted card/action, while B cancels or goes back; follow the button prompts shown by each individual card game. During play, START opens the PC-style in-game menu. There, press Control Pad Left/Right to switch between Game, Preferences, and Options, press Up/Down to choose a command, A to select, B to go back, and START to close the menu and resume. Game includes New Game, Restart, Load, Save, Game Copy, Sleep, and Quit; Options provides Rules, Scoring, and How to Play. L and R have no documented universal card action. After choosing Game > Sleep, press L+R+SELECT together to wake the game.
