Press START at the title screen and choose Practice before committing to a Championship. Select Downhill Skiing for the clearest first event: steer through the gates, keep the skier upright and reach the finish as quickly as possible. Once the basic line feels comfortable, enter Championship to unlock more tracks for Practice; Tournament lets you build a custom series of events. The other three disciplines change the objective: Snowboarding rewards tricks, Bobsled is another fastest-time descent, and Curling asks for accurate stone placement. Concentrate on a clean run before chasing maximum speed or trick score.

Use the Control Pad to navigate choices and to steer in Downhill Skiing and Bobsled, where maintaining speed without crashing is the core task. Each discipline has its own action prompts: Snowboarding adds trick inputs and Curling uses its own aiming and delivery sequence. The surviving public GBA sources do not expose a reliable complete button table, so A, B, L, R, SELECT, START, pause and sport-specific actions are deliberately not assigned here; read the on-screen instructions for the selected event instead of borrowing controls from another winter-sports game or an emulator keyboard map.
