How to Play Venus Senki

Quick start

Once the mission begins, divide your bike squad around the two supply vehicles and make sure they don't stray too far from each other. Supply trucks restore health, missiles, and movement energy, and destruction of both leads to defeat. In normal battles, you move left and right to dodge bullets, and use A's regular shots as your main focus, and use B's missiles only when using large aircraft or when you don't have enough time. Aim up and shoot flying enemies, and if you can't wipe them all out in one shot, kill them with another team member or on the next turn.

Controls

Strategy map: Use the cross button to select the destination or cursor, press A to confirm, and press B to go back one step through the menu or movement selection. Bike battle: Move horizontally with left/right, aim the beam up and down with up/down, normal shot with A, missile with B. START: Pause and resume. In large tank battles, you can choose to retreat using SELECT.

Venus Senki — About this game

"Venus Senki" is a turn-based strategy game where you lead a young boy, Hiro, and the combat bike squad HOUND to recapture the city of Io on Venus's Aphrodea, which has been invaded by the Ishtar army. Move eight motorcycle crew members and two transport/supply vehicles on the map, and when they come into contact with the enemy, the action switches to a rear-view battle action. There, you have one minute to run your bike from side to side, whittling down enemy forces with regular bullets and powerful finite missiles. It is important to keep the supply vehicles that recover fuel, health, and ammunition, and to keep the formations intact and push the front forward without losing both transport vehicles.
