How to Play WALL•E
Quick start
Begin the story and read the information markers in the first area. Locate a cube and a switch, practise picking up and throwing, then follow the opened path. Check the lower-screen map if the next route is unclear.
Controls
Move with the +Control Pad and press A to pick up an object. Use the other face buttons or corresponding touch icons for the three throw options. Rotate the camera with L/R and read the lower-screen instructions.
WALL•E — About this game
WALL•E on DS builds its adventure around objects and switches. Pick up cubes, choose how to throw them and open a path through each small area; explosive cubes can deal with obstacles and enemies as well as activate mechanisms. The rotating camera helps reveal a switch hidden by the scenery, while the lower screen keeps the map and useful instructions close at hand. Racing sections break up the puzzle stages. Begin by finding the object and mechanism that belong together, then plan the route before attempting a time-sensitive passage.
