How to Play Wardner no Mori
Quick start
Select START to start new or save data. It is assumed that you will move with the cross button, jump with A, and shoot magic bullets with B. Crouch below and move down + left and right to advance through the low passage. If you collect 16 small magic balls or take a large ball, the rapid fire will be strengthened. In the post-stage shop, prioritize recovery and attack enhancement, and use SELECT to switch weapons and use attacks that suit the enemy.
Controls
Cross button left and right: Move. Down: Crouch, down + left and right to crouch walk. A: Jump, menu decided. B: Attack and cancel attacks with equipped magic/weapons. SELECT: Switch weapon.
Wardner no Mori — About this game
The FDS version of ``Wardna Forest'' is a side-scrolling action game in which Prince Alamode rescues Princess Pudding who has been kidnapped by Wardna. Defeat enemies with magic bullets, collect gold coins and magic beads to improve your fire rate, and advance by switching weapons to star, moon, and sun swords. Starting with the mysterious forest on the first stage, you can strengthen and recover at the shop after each stage. Unlike the arcade version, the FDS version adds a life system, weapon switching, and save elements, so it is important to limit your chances of getting hit and maintain funds and reinforcements.
