How to Play WarioWare: Touched!
Quick start
Tap START on the title screen, choose whether you are right- or left-handed and confirm. Your first session begins with Wario's microgames. Read each brief instruction and act on the lower Touch Screen before the timer expires. Finish the opening stage to return to the Games area, where the taxi brings more characters. Tap a character and then Start to play their stage. Use the Album to practise games you have already encountered.
Controls
Use the lower Touch Screen with the stylus: tap, rub, make quick slices, draw, drag or circle as the current game asks. Mike's microgames use blowing into the DS microphone; they are introduced through his character set. Press START or Up on the D-pad to pause. The A/B/X/Y buttons do not control the microgames. Menus, characters and Album entries are selected by touch; only the lower screen accepts stylus input.
WarioWare: Touched! — About this game
WarioWare: Touched! turns a handful of simple DS gestures into a rapid sequence of surprises. A short instruction appears, and you must recognize the action before time runs out. Different characters focus on different motions: Mona uses quick slices, Jimmy T. rubbing, Kat and Ana drawing, Ashley dragging and Dr. Crygor circular movements. Mike's set brings in blowing into the microphone. The challenge comes from switching your attention quickly, then repeating familiar games at higher speeds and difficulty. The Album lets you practise encountered microgames individually, while souvenirs provide extra toys to explore between runs. Clear goals and brief rounds keep every new gesture easy to try.
