On your turn, press A to open the command, select Roulette, and press A to stop. Advance the pieces using the cross key according to the number that appears, and when the land stops, make a decision by comparing the purchase cost and the remaining amount. You can also check the small map by selecting SELECT.

Wily & Right no RockBoard: That's Paradise — About this game
This is a Famicom board game hosted by Rockman, where Wily, Light, Roll, Cossack, and Kalinka compete to create an ideal world. Determine the number to advance on the roulette wheel, purchase land and buildings according to the instructions of the squares that stop, and increase your assets by receiving usage fees from other participants. Buildings do not grow to their maximum size all at once, but are expanded one step at a time when they land on the land where your building is located. It is important to consider the money you have and the future profits by combining the buying and selling of land and the effects of cards. The number of participants can be set using a combination of humans and computers, and you can watch the game by reducing the number of humans to 0. The tactics at the end of the game will also change between the bankruptcy system, where the game ends with the first bankruptcy, and the battle royale, where the player is eliminated from bankruptcy.
