How to Play Wizards of Waverly Place
Quick start
Start the adventure and check the active objective. Move to a character or object and tap to interact. For magic, tap the wand, select a glowing target and draw the required gesture. Press START and choose Save to preserve your progress.
Controls
Drag the stylus or use the D-pad to move; tap to interact. Wand: magic mode; bag: inventory. Upward stroke: levitate; circle: move; figure eight: undo; ^: freeze; Z: repair. X/Y switch available characters; L/R change the objective/location display; START pauses.
Wizards of Waverly Place — About this game
Wizards of Waverly Place follows Alex, Justin and Max as their everyday problems turn into magical trouble. Explore locations, speak to characters and target objects with spells to clear the way. Each basic spell has its own gesture, from lifting an object with an upward stroke to repairing it with a Z. Minigames include making sandwiches to a recipe, catching flying books and mixing potions through matching sequences. Coins and hidden trinkets also provide reasons to inspect rooms and unlock outfits.
