Press START at the title. Use Up/Down and A to choose Practice One Event, learn an event, then try selected events or the full competition. For competition, enter up to four-letter names with the D-pad and A, use RUB to correct and END to finish, and choose a country. After registering everyone, select END again. World Games — About this game

World Games presents eight sports as a tour of different countries: weight lifting, barrel jumping, cliff diving, slalom skiing, log rolling, bull riding, caber toss, and sumo wrestling. Choose a full competition, select a smaller event list, or practice one discipline before entering. Up to eight entrants can register names and countries for competition. Each event rewards a different skill, whether matching an athlete's stride, timing a lift, responding to a bull, or controlling a landing. Medals contribute to the overall championship, while optional travelogues introduce the host locations. Records belong to the current play session rather than a permanent career.
