Read Kindaichi’s conversations and collect the important words highlighted in the story. During questioning, choose a word carefully and slide it toward the person to obtain a response; using it consumes that opportunity. News, notes and the relationship chart help connect testimony. If progress stalls, open deduction and reconsider the available information. Begin with the first conversation, then inspect the gathered words before asking another question. The central loop is reading, selecting a relevant topic and following the resulting lead through the mystery.
