Heroes Legend — About this game
Heroes Legend, also known as Ying Lie Qun Xia Zhuan, is a Chinese NES role-playing game built around a wuxia-style journey. The player explores towns, wilderness routes, and dungeons, talks to characters for clues, finds equipment and medicines, and develops a party of martial heroes. Battles use command menus for attacks, techniques, items, and defensive choices. Progress often depends on returning to earlier characters after obtaining a key object, so the route and dialogue should be tracked carefully. The original release is also documented in Chinese legal and product records, while its exact controller layout is reconstructed from standard FC RPG conventions.
