The Big Pro Wrestling! (set 1) — About this game
Tag Team Wrestling, also released as The Big Pro Wrestling!, resolves its grapples through quick decisions from an action menu. Positioning gets a wrestler into contact, but the key moment arrives when the on-screen Action cue appears: choose a maneuver and execute it before the opponent turns the exchange around. This gives the game a rhythm of approaching, grappling and selecting rather than a large set of directional special-move motions. Learn the menu response before repeatedly re-entering a grapple. The arcade game’s tag-team contest should be kept separate from the later NES conversion’s particular team names and individual character rules.
