Controls

Chequered Flag (Japan) combines circuit racing with damage and fuel management. Complete each race before time expires while avoiding other cars and trackside barriers. Damaged parts flash, signalling that a pit stop is needed. The three-stage event changes cars as you advance, with three, four and three laps respectively. Reaching the finish earns a placement bonus, while running out of time or fuel, or destroying the car, ends the attempt.
