How to Play Metal Slug - Super Vehicle-001
Quick start
- Start a game and test shooting, jumping, and throwing a grenade before advancing.
- Fire at enemy soldiers and free prisoners; collect the supplies they leave.
- Watch ammunition when using a special weapon and save grenades for durable targets.
- Jump into an available Slug tank, use its guns, and exit with down+B when necessary.
Controls
- Left/right: move. Down: crouch. A: shoot, or use the close-range knife when an enemy is within reach.
- B: jump; beside an available Slug, board it. C: throw a grenade.
- Inside the Slug: A fires its machine gun, B jumps, C fires the cannon.
- Down+B exits the tank; A+B performs the vehicle’s self-destruct attack.
Metal Slug - Super Vehicle-001 — About this game
Metal Slug sends its soldier through enemy-held landscapes where infantry, gun emplacements, armored machines, and enormous bosses compete for your attention. Your basic handgun never runs out, but rescued prisoners and destroyed scenery can provide stronger weapons with limited ammunition. That makes each pickup a temporary change in tactics: a heavy machine gun handles moving targets differently from a close-range shotgun or an explosive rocket launcher. Grenades add another resource to spend when a tough target blocks the route. At certain points you can board the small Slug tank, gaining a swiveling gun and a separate cannon while its armor absorbs damage. The vehicle can even jump. Clearing a mission means surviving its final machine, while keeping rescued prisoners safe until the end creates an additional scoring challenge alongside simple survival.
