How to Play Shadow Force - Henshin Ninja (Japan, Version 2)
Quick start
- Choose a fighter and an opening stage.
- Approach a small enemy eligible for possession.
- Take its form and read the shown special move.
- Continue defeating enemies to open the route.
Controls
World Version 3 uses Punch, Kick and Jump. Press Punch+Kick near an eligible small enemy to possess it. Hold Back to guard; Up or Down combined with an attack changes the strike.

Shadow Force - Henshin Ninja (Japan, Version 2) lets Kai, Blunet, Tengu or Coyote possess nearby enemies and borrow their attacks. The first possession of an enemy type explains its special move, but taking that form does not satisfy the enemy-defeat quota. The opening route can begin at one of three stages, while later bonus fights place possessed forms in individual contests. Food restores health during the campaign against Dr. Wong’s organization.
