How to Play Shadow Force (US, Version 2)
Quick start
- Choose a fighter and an opening stage.
- Approach a small enemy eligible for possession.
- Take its form and read the shown special move.
- Continue defeating enemies to open the route.
Controls
US Version 2 uses Punch 1, Kick 1, Jump, Punch 2, Kick 2 and a separate Possess action. Possess near a small enemy to take its form, then use Possess again to leave it. Hold Back to guard; Up or Down plus an attack changes the strike.
Shadow Force (US, Version 2) — About this game
Shadow Force (US, Version 2) lets Kai, Blunet, Tengu or Coyote possess nearby enemies and borrow their attacks. The first possession of an enemy type explains its special move, but taking that form does not satisfy the enemy-defeat quota. The opening route can begin at one of three stages, while later bonus fights place possessed forms in individual contests. Food restores health during the campaign against Dr. Wong’s organization.
